The shoujo-ai light novels about an opposites-attract romance between two first-year high school girls--soon to be an anime series! While Shimamura's a semi-bad kid at best, her looks and tendancy to backtalk to her teachers gets her stereotyped as a delinquent despite her decent grades. Meanwhile, avowed truant Adachi flies under the radar because of her unassuming looks and a surprising ability to do well in school, despite rarely ever being *in* it. While Shimamura and Adachi initially started hanging out after their mutual habit of skipping class led them to the same secluded area inside the school's gym loft, they begin to learn more about each other as time passes. Except, as their friendship develops, Adachi starts getting noticeably more affectionate toward Shimamura...leaving Shimamura unsure whether Adachi is just less reserved about friendship, or if their growing closeness might mean something else. But while Shimamura doesn't know exactly where her relationship with Adachi is going, she's starting to wonder if they both might feel the same way.
